Response to Posting One From the first posting, the clearly indicates that hewants to study pathophysiology and treatment of the associated diseases merely because he does not want to follow the instructions of the doctors. that is, he/she does not want to be given orders and directions from doctors. However, it is important to acknowledge the fact that the provision of health care services is a complex process, characterized by new episodes of disease outbreaks that require constant upgrade of information regarding how these new diseases can be treated. In addition, the process of handling these diseases requires networking and information exchange among medical practitioners, characterized by provision of orders and directions from experienced medical experts. Therefore, it would be inappropriate for the author/writer of the post to claim that his/her intention to study pathphysiology and its treatment is a means of being autonomous, without being instructed by doctors. He says that his experience as a nurse has made him learn more. it has also given him the desire to seek more knowledge on how to handle issues ascribed to human life. This is an appropriate strategy towards selecting a course or a college that offers a specific course. The nursing field is characterized by both physical and mental challenges especially among the nurses.
